To enhance the guest experience, the hotel could improve on room amenities to include hand and face towels. better insulation could help prevent any outside odors from entering the rooms, ensuring a more pleasant stay for everyone.

The room was big size and cozy with pathetic condition as well as good washroom as expected. The staff from start to finish were really helpful.

Just stayed at a hotel in Riyadh city centre. the rooms were in pathetic condition but had all amenities. the staff were AMAZING. Would stay again. Better than photos.
